Al-Duhail Sports Club was officially established in 2009 under the name “Lekhwiya Club” before changing its name to Al-Duhail in 2016. The football team began its journey in the second division league and quickly demonstrated its capabilities by achieving promotion to the Stars League in its first season after establishment. The club’s management is highly ambitious in the field of sports in general, and football in particular. They are dedicated to developing both short-term and long-term strategies to provide numerous opportunities for the youth to excel in various fields and create a brighter future for them. A youth and junior sector has been launched to serve as a source of talented players for the first team and the national team.
