The National Museum of Qatar
The National Museum of Qatar is one of the largest and most important landmarks in Qatar and the Middle East. It was founded in Doha in 1975 and underwent a complete renovation in 2005. The museum houses some of the oldest artifacts in the world and has a vast collection of Islamic art. Additionally, it covers the history of Qatar from its earliest beginnings to the present day. The museum is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Qatar, with over a million visitors annually.
